BIOGRAPHY
Justin Campbell has lived in Brisbane his entire life originally living at Albany Creek until Grade 5 when the family moved to Bald Hills. Justin joined the Australian Democrats in 2007 after completing his degree in Business majoring in Accounting.

Justin currently works at Mission Australia and runs their Work for the Dole Program in Logan. Since taking this role Justin has brought the program back on track from being unmanned for two months. He has also reformed procedures reducing internal errors and increasing accountability. The experience of dealing with the long term unemployed has shown Justin how difficult it is to break the unemployment cycle and the value of education and civic pride.

While at university Justin was a board director on the Central Queensland Student Association where he chaired the Strategic Development Committee. While in this role he and others implemented a Risk management policy to access the risk/benefit of future investments. He also sat on the Audit and Finance Committee.

Justin also attended the National Student Leadership forum on faith and values while attending university. Since this forum Justin and many other participates were instilled with the concept of Servant Leadership as opposed to Opportunistic Leadership. The Servant leader leads to serve others and their community the leader leads for their own gain and prestige. While at the NSLF Justin had the opportunity to meet one of his heroes David Bussau. These experiences have lead Justin to the career path of politics in the hope he could improve Australia like previous Australian Democrats have before him. Helping ensure Australia becomes more Fair, Caring, Prosperous and sustainable nation.
